Look what A Very Public Sociologist melted into
Overall, looking a bit gloomy for Red Ed.Failure to take Swindon. Very unlikely to reach (the very conservative) target of 150 net gain in councillors.Ed's authority was fragile. Now he risks seeing it seep away over the next few months as backbenchers grumble and brief against him.But the will (and mechanism) to get rid of him are not there.I said Ed was a dead man walking in 2012. That is being proven correct. The question now is not will Labour win a majority at the next election? No they won't. The question is, to what extent will losing render Labour even more unrecognisable as a vaguely social democratic party. Mike.
Hammersmith & Fulham won by Labour thank "god". Tories wanted to sell off our council homes.Forward to a Labour Victory in 2015.Hope you did well where you live Phil!!
Don't worry Howard, Labour are doing brilliantly in Stoke-on-Trent.One thing is certain, if Labour win every single seat everywhere in the United Kingdom of Great Britain, it will certainly lose literally 99% of all seats, including 3 MPs in Stoke-on-Trent.Am I being over pessimistic? No.An inquiry is needed now.
Very unlikely to reach (the very conservative) target of 150 net gain in councillors.338 gains so far!
