Forget about Tom Watson. Vote Labour. Just do it.

Shan't!

Incidentally, we in Stoke-on-Trent North were blessed with neither Craig Pond nor any UKIP candidate. What will the repercussions be of this?

You here about erstwhile UKIP voters, who had never voted Tory, switching to the blue team in 2017 but I think while this may happen in a few areas like Packmoor, certain parts of Norton, etc, there won't be anything like enough of it overall to threaten your mate Ruth. I also don't hold out much hope for Jack Brereton or any of that crowd.

Naturally I'm part of the Liberal Democrat surge myself, it's on its way now!

What a sage I truly am!

Still although I was wrong about most things I hope this is the beginning of the end of nationalism, Sturgeon hasn't delivered and can't hide behind blaming "Westminster" given that many Scots are now holding her to account for what she had the power to do but failed to do.

Jezza can surprise us by providing a real opposition to "patriots" who "love their country" (to death) but he probably won't...
