What does this tell us apart from someone has too much time on their hands?

All these MPs started tweeting at different times, so we learn nothing about the MPs from this dataset apart from that some MPs have tweeted a lot and others not so much.

Give us some more usable metric, perhaps how well they engage with Twitter users (% of tweets in which they were mentioned that they replied to) or an influence metric (no of times they were retweeted per 100 tweets sent)
