Please make up your mind and not fantasies about what happens behind the scenes at UAF.

You also switch from the SWP's "political oblivion" to maybe it's health isn't "robust." Meh! But you're right, 100 or so would have been a poor turn out, happily there were many more.

As for Twitter, apologies for my lack of social media savvy, too much of a dinosaur to have an account. Since there seem to be two Phils in your comments sections I supposed you might have been the one who would have been "very reluctant to leap to the defence" of victimised trade unionists. If not, a genuine apology for a cheap shot.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4486641877026778105.post-44539368041549921362015-10-11T19:14:42.265+01:002015-10-11T19:14:42.265+01:00No sign of Martin's return? Not formally, no. ...No sign of Martin's return? Not formally, no. But behind the scenes in UAF, which you know is effectively a subsidiary of the SWP, he remains. As for the SWP's fate, just as 150-odd thousand new Labour Party members don't mean we're going to win in 2020, having a hundred or so out on a national mobilisation doesn't necessarily indicate robust health.

As for the gallery strike, my bad. I suppose tweeting about it isn't enough for some.Philhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06298147857234479278noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4486641877026778105.post-75521237298668838162015-10-11T16:17:08.892+01:002015-10-11T16:17:08.892+01:00Looking at Blogs 2 & 3 on your list and the pr...Looking at Blogs 2 & 3 on your list and the predictions they contained:

#3 It's been a couple of years now and still no sign of Martin Smith's return to the SWP. Just plain wrong.

#2 No blog mentioning (let alone supporting) the National Gallery strikers or their victimised rep. A tick on that one then? Though I personally wouldn't be proud of such an easy win.

As for the SWP's "descent into political oblivion," their recent showing in Manchester wasn't too shabby. Maybe after another 1,000 eh?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
